Robert Angell Design International’s redesign of the Blue Bar at the Berkeley keeps the best of the original David Collins-designed space, retaining elements such as the distinctive blue panelling, but brings in new furniture courtesy of Ben Whistler. Everything is bespoke, made to RADI’s design.
Everything is bespoke
A playful mix of materials ensures that the mid-century-inspired furniture has a lively look – bar stools feature acrylic bases, while the consoles are made from black metal, acrylic and stainless steel.
Ostrich leather
The ostrich leather used for the stools was sourced from Whistler Leather.
