Ben Whistler

For Decorex 2006 Ben Whistler have put together an idyllic beach house, designed with Gytha Nuttall. 

The Beach House showcases furniture with simple lines in an exotic setting. The loose cover of the Alofi sofa and the clean lines of the linen upholstered Abaco corner chair sit together in a relaxed seating area, whilst the real unwinding is saved for the deep buttoned Nantucket bed - invitingly dressed in bed linens from the Linen Company. The fireplace provides a classic centre piece and a shagreen covered bath provides a new twist on a classic piece. The distressed wood floors were prepared with help from Whistler Studios, a specialist paint effects company run by Hugo de Groot.
